Welcome you to be our member, this website is built and provided by Shallin Electronics Co., Ltd.("Shallin").  When you proceed with related behaviors as complete registration, login, order and pay that means you acknowledge and agree each of the Terms set forth below.

1.Account Data and Security
You need to ensure the data you provided is correct and effective when you registered, and it should be safe reserve and should not be disclosed or offered to third party.  If you suppose that your own username and password are invasion or improper used, please notify our customer service department sales@shallin.com.tw immediately.  Please keep in mind that no Internet site is 100% secure.  Thus, Shallin strives to protect the personal data of its users, your use of the Site to transmit or store personally identifiable information is at your own risk.

2.Access to the Site Content
Shallin permits you to use the service, to download, print and store portions of the Content that you select on the site.  These copies of the contents are only used for your own internal business purposes or your personal purposes, and may not be used for similar businesses as commercial purposes or for Internet advertising without prior authorization.

3.Correction and Color Display of the Site Content
The site content as images, descriptions, terms, and informations may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies, and may not be the latest or complete information.  Therefore, Shallin reserves the rights to alter or renovate the contents at any time without prior notice.

The color of products shown on this site will be displayed as accurately as possible.  However the colors you see depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, therefore, Shallin cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color.

4.Responsibility of Site Use
Any damages which are caused of using the products, services or contents provided by Shallin, in any conditions, Shallin compensation liability for any parties shall not exceed the purchase price of products.  If you are dissatisfied with the site, the contents or the terms of use, then please stop using.  To continue using, and you acknowledge that your use of the site is purely for your personal risk.

5.Force Majeure
Shallin will not be liable for delays in delivery or for failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control including material shortages, transportation delays, natural disasters, war or the act by third party.  Shallin delivery time will be extended by the period of such delay,or Shallin can choose to cancel the orders.

6.Jurisdiction
Any and all disputes which are caused of the Terms of Using or your using of the website, the services or the contents will be construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of China.  All disputes, involve litigation, will be submitted to the Tainan District Court in Taiwan.

7. Changes of the Terms
This agreement is subject to revise by Shallin from time to time without notice.  And the changes shall bind you and Shallin.
