All orders be placed through Shallin website are subjected
to the terms of this contract

(including the related trading terms, limitations and statements).

Order Confirmation and Delivery Date

When you complete the online order process, our system will send an e-mail notification to you automatically, but the notice only represents we received your order, it does not mean that the transaction has been accomplished or the contract has been established. Shallin has the rights whether accept your order or not. If any conditions that Shallin can not accept your order, Shallin could reject your order and send a note to the e-mail of your order.

The delivery dates be provided in connection with any orders are approximate only, and do not represent fixed or guaranteed delivery dates.

Prices and Products Information

All prices of Shallin products on the website are based on U.S. dollars (excluding tariff). Shallin will makes every effort to provide the latest and accurate information of products and prices, but any changes in the future will not be noticed in advance.

Payment

Shallin offers PayPal payment method for customers. If you don't apply for PayPal account, you also can pay via Credit Card in PayPal platform. Payment must be made the same currency (USD) as your order. More detailed information about PayPal, please refer to https://www.paypal.com.

The restriction of PayPal platform for unit price can be shown two digits only after decimal point, so the subtotal will be deemed to be “unit price” and Q’ty will be shown “one set” for each item in the order list.

Freight

All orders are shipped from Taiwan by DHL, TNT, EMS or APP. Shipping way is dependent on the destination (country/area). Total freight of partial shipment will be collected in one time. Please click DHL/TNT/EMS/APP Freight to check the detailed freight and estimated delivery time.

TNT express provides the widest range of time definite and day definite express delivery services in over 200 countries.

EMS (International Express Mail Service) is the most efficient way to deliver to the recipient through our post office.

APP (Air Parcel Post) is more economic way through our post office, but it takes more time to deliver to the recipient.

 
 

Delivery

Business hours of Shallin:Monday to Friday AM8:30~PM5:30 at Taiwan time (exclusive of the national holidays). The goods are only dispatched in the foregoing business day. Any inquiries and orders which are placed on Saturday and Sunday will be handled and dispatched next business day.When you order and pay before PM12:00 (Taiwan time) and there are inventories, the goods can be sent on the same day. When you order and pay after PM12:00 (Taiwan time) and there are inventories, then next business day shipping. The delivery time is subject to holidays and delivery way unusual circumstances affecting.

Out of Stock

If some products are out of stock while you order, you can choose partial shipment or to wait for one shipment.

Damage of the goods

After your checking, if the merchandises you received have been damaged, it is important to keep the shipping carton, packing material and parts intact. Please contact Shallin and login https://www.shallin.com.tw/ immediately and click Online Product Return to initiate a claim.

Return or change goods

In most circumstances, Shallin will accept merchandise returns subject to the terms outlined in this section, and will replace the product or refund your money at your option.

  1. All returned products should be applied within 30 days of Invoice date, be accompanied by the original invoice and be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
  2. Please login the website and click Online Product Return to apply for returning. Shallin will notify you a return number after it was checked to be returnable. Then print out this number and stick it on the carton, and send it back.
  3. If the returned products are caused of customer’s mistakes solely, the customer should bear the freight of returning and re-sending.
  4. The products which showed Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable before you order are not returnable.
  5. Customers should not return any goods without our agreement, and have to contact us to obtain a return number prior to returning the goods in any reasons.
  6. You represent and warrant that all the returned products were purchased from Shallin.
